Stalking is a social issue that effects everyone.  At one point stalking was only thought of as being a problem that celebrities and television personalities had to deal with and it was not considered a problem for the average citizen.  However, in more recent years stalking as become one of the biggest problems young men and women face is their everyday lives.  Although stalking is primarily a woman's issue, it is something that men and women have to worry about from time to time.
